Dipstick question.

Have a dry newly build 904 Trans , dip stick miss placed along the way.
First Q, are 904 and 727 dipstick the same length?
Second Q, I bought a cheap fender mount braided 904 dipstick hits bottom of the pan with about an inch to long , has Allan bolt to cut cable and adj in handle. How much fluid will Trans take with m/t torque converter. I believe it's a 10" converter??

I have a spare I will give you if you pay the postage. Bear in mind, I mailed a letter the other day at $1.15 Can. Be sure to put a litre of tranny fluid in the torque converter before installation. Capacity varies between different engines and years.
