Has anybody ever dislocate there shoulder? I was moving parts from a Bronco II to a Ranger to scrap the Bronco and tripped with a starter in 1 hand and an alternator in the other. Well let me tell ya it sent me for a loop I laid there for a while no phone. I got up and it popped back in. So it didn't feel too bad so I continued to move parts and stupid me pulled on something and it did it again. Not learning anything I proceeded to move more parts..... Then I understood how bad it was. I went to my house and took my outer wear off and my tee shirt off to look and went to put my tee shirt it back on and down to floor i went when it popped out for the 4th time. Is this a long time injury to heal? I guess all I get to say is I'm
Glutton for punishment :violent1:

my clavicle is cushioned by my rotator cuff and I have a full thickness labrum tear. My understanding is the shoulder is held in place by surrounding ligaments. My left arm is basically useless right now and it is my dominant arm. Cant sleep either I have a habit of sleeping on my arm and it doen't seem to like that very much. =)

Does it hurt to do things like grab milk from fridge or brush teeth, reach up etc? If so you might want to go have it looked at.

I have .....needed to go to hospital to pop back in place....if it keeps popping out that easy ....you have something going on in the shoulder ... you need to have it checked out ... to see where you stand with the bones/tendons ... Mine did not pop out again ... but i continously work on shoulder strenghening exercises when lifting weights... unfortunately it will haunt you the rest of your life... your shoulder will tell you when it cant take anymore ..
Did you ever hear of the saying NO PAIN NO GAIN... well now you will find out now... first you will need to loosen muscles/tendons and then strengthen them... FINE LINE not to over work the area which can cause inflammation... GOOD LUCK

I know all about pain I had 2 disc. removed from my neck, so I live with that almost every day. I guess this will take my mind off that. I can‘t lift my arm at all right now. I have a Doctors appointment monday for something elece . Maybe 2 for the price of 1.

you will need an operation. having had a seperated shoulder-neck broke in 3 places-w/ broken left collar bone myself, I sempathize w/ u . good luck guy!-----bob:coffee2:

I also had 1 fusion in my neck....OK now ... not being able to lift arm sounds more like shoulder concern... unless you had nerve damage because of neck .. but i would think you would also have loss of strength and numbness... more success with neck surgeries then rotator cuff surgeries from what i hear from people with shoulder surgeries ...

Well the x-rays say Bankard fracture. I go to see a specialist on Tuesday. Well fits in with everything else diabetes, kidney failure disc removed in neck and still 2 bad ones. Much more happens they can throw me in the bone pile......
