I have a 68 Valiant that I am putting a 408 in to drive on the street. Thinking of using electronic distributor and was looking for some combination ideas.

I am using a Petronix "flamethrower II with Petronix 45K coil, bypass the ballast resistor, no box needed

I like the one wire Chevy style HEI distributors. One 12v wire, no external coil or box to deal with. Under 100 bucks.

I did trailbeast hei conversion and couldnt be happier. Since than I added a Mancini dizzy for like 165 that you can dial in <curv> from the top, real user friendly.
