Dodge dart 70 Rear end

Guys i'm looking at a dart for sale and i'm curious if a 70 dart with a 318 would have a 8 3/4 rear end?

some did, some didn't(most didnt), the easiest way to tell is to look under the car from the rear...if theres a cover bolted onto the rear of the rear end then its not. If the rear of the rear end is solid and has a third member bolt into the front of the rear then its an 8 3/4. hope i didnt confuse you but 8.75 rear end was the only rear to have a 3rd member in the front of the rear. hope this helps
