Dodge Dart Quarter Window Operation

The passenger side quarter window will not crank down and the crank won't even turn around one full rotation. How do I get to the mechanism inside? I can't get to it through the access holes. Any help would be great.

What year dart .... I have done this on a 68 dart ( 2 door )... I CANNOT remember if i removed quarter glass first from regulator , then removed all existing tracks in door , then collapsed regulator and slid it up between outer and inner door skin >>>>> OR you will have to remove entire mechanism from access hole , but you may need to remove tracks ( count threads exposed ) for reinstall .... Luckily you can collapse regulator a certain amount .. hopefully enough to allow removal from access hold ?
