..just wondering.
can you convert a '74 Dart Sport front end to a '70 - 72 Duster like you can a '73 or '74 Duster?

absolutely. firewall back they are identical minus the tailight panels

just swap the entire front clip, all the bolt on body parts forward of the doors.
