Good Evening All
Along with my vapor barrier question (which I do want to thank those who responded) , I have another question.
The '67 Dart GT has door emblems that are riveted to the panel. I am replacing panels due to the PO installing door speakers. ($400 for a set of panels, but I digress). Removing the emblems is not the problem, my question is how do you re-attach them? I am including pics (I hope) of what I'm dealing with. Well, it appears that attaching photos from my phone is beyond my ability.
As always thanks to all who respond.

Attaching photos may have something to do with your membership level. Or your pictures have too many pixels to copy.

Here are the pics. Had to take them from the phone to computer.

I made some door emblems for another Fabo member for his 68.

I made the mounting studs much larger in diameter with tapped holes in the center.

I then used 83 deg ( iirc rather than 100 deg) short flat head screws and counter sunk some fender washers.

It worked well.

As for the 67. Depending on how much material is left on the mounting studs you might be able to drill out the centers and tap for #4 or smaller screws.

Or maybe tap the outside and use a thin nut on the outside.

Regardless they need to be basically flush with the door card as they fit pretty much right up against the door frame.

Good Morning
I had thought of drilling/taping, 'push' nuts/JB weld or one of the newer 3M adhesives, or a combination. Not planning on taking them off again. Just looking for ideas as I'm sure that I'm not the only one who has dealt with this situtation.
In the worst case senerio, how did you attach the replacement stud to the emblem itself?

Dana did a real solid for me. Awesome work for my Hardtop. My Ragtop I used a 2 part epoxy years ago on mine. I just did a small puddles the size of a Quarter on the backside to hold what was left of the studs. Never an issue. I did have to remove just recently, and it popped off (luckily). I then just cleaned up and repeated gluing back the same way. Sorry no pics. I did clamp it overnight to keep it tight to the panel.
