door glass help?

so i've searched with no sucess on finding info for removing door glass on a 67 dart. i need to put a new dowel in the top of the window but im not sure how to get the glass out. i'm sure i can get it out but there has to be an easier way. can anyone point me in the right direction?

ok thank you. i will have to take a closer look tomorrow and just do those steps in reverse? trying to take the glass out and i didn't know if all the bolts had to come out. does the gear and arm assembley have to come out or loose? at least i know now that glass and vent come out together.
