[WANTED] Door Hinge Dart For trade

I need drivers side Lower Door hinge. What I do have is passenger side Lower Door hinge. Would love to trade. 1966 Dart 270 225. Or someone to tell me how to remove the torsion/spring off the extra one I have and put it onto my Drivers side?
