Without replacing the entire door hinge there are not a lot of options on repairing the rollers. I drilled the top of the roller off to find a worn stud.
Cut bolt down, tacked in place, ground smooth

THose are probably Dodge 200 series van hinges. Still available from your Mopar dealer last I heard. I don't know what cars they will work on though.Are the rollers available separately? I had to replace a pair of lower hinges that were in great shape except for the rollers. Fortunately for me , Richard Ehrenburg was selling new lower hinges on ebay for a great price (IIRC, it was $35.00 apiece) . This was a few years ago. I believe they were actually for a different application as they required drilling through one of the bolt holes on the pillar side of the hinge. Works fine on my Duster and closes like new. Nice job on your repair.
