Without replacing the entire door hinge there are not a lot of options on repairing the rollers. I drilled the top of the roller off to find a worn stud.

Are the rollers available separately? I had to replace a pair of lower hinges that were in great shape except for the rollers. Fortunately for me , Richard Ehrenburg was selling new lower hinges on ebay for a great price (IIRC, it was $35.00 apiece) . This was a few years ago. I believe they were actually for a different application as they required drilling through one of the bolt holes on the pillar side of the hinge. Works fine on my Duster and closes like new. Nice job on your repair.

THose are probably Dodge 200 series van hinges. Still available from your Mopar dealer last I heard. I don't know what cars they will work on though.

Only the pins wear. The rollers are hardened metal to resist the friction of the main spring rubbing/rolling back and forth when the door is opened and closed.
These parts were never available separately. I have them custom manufactured for me and do not sell them.
This is one of the many parts replaced in our complete hinge rebuild procedure.
The thing with A & B-body lower hinges is that about 75% of the hinges sent in for remanufacture are stress cracked in the lower door spring areas.
Always a way to cobble something to work for while. We do it the way the manufacturer would do it if they did. All new parts, no lower "pin/bushing " jobs. Custom oversized hardened steel pins instead.
I f you decide you want a complete rebuild, contact us. Either way enjoy your Mopars.
