Working on a 66 Dart. I have the passenger door off getting the jambs ready for the repaint. On the inside of the door the very bottom has some rust. It is not on the outside panel just on the interior side near the area where the door is rolled at the bottom. I was thinking since it hasnt attacked the actual outer door panel I would prime it with Mar Hyde rust converter. Once it was primed with the Mar Hyde then use the 3M 8115 body bond to fill the gap once the bond sets prime it and move on to the next issue!
Here are some pics of what I hope I described. Would this be ok repairing as I described? The spot is only about 8-10" long.
