will a 69 dart door work on a 71 dart in the pics they seem to have the same body lines anyone know for sure i really could use a door thanks in advance. both are 2 door cars

Does anyone know for sure there is a guy on ebay selling a passenger door and says it fits from 69-72 any one know ?

Yes, they'll interchange. Even the '67-8 ones will fit but their mirror and lock knob locations are in a different spot. Moulding and emblems may be different too.

69 - 72 interchange without a problem . 67 and 68 are different interior structure and regulators , lock knob and mirror adjustment location as mentioned. 73 up totally different interior

Some of the latches and linkage are different but the window regulator is the same for all the '67-72 2dr's and all the '67-76 4dr's.

Thats swap should work just fine.


Swaping doors is the easy part. It is the glass you got to watch out for.

I don't mind the glass R&R on those as much as the '70-2 Duster, '70-4 E-body and the Gen1 Dakotas. The design of those is ridiculous.
