Well, after all the articles and research and modifications i finally got the dual exhaust on my /6 65 Valiant last weekend. Since it is a daily driver (son) and we are in a colder environment i went with the front dutra and modified the original manifold so as to keep the choke. I used 2" aluminized 14 gauge exhaust pipe, The biggest headache on the entire project was going around the gas tank on the passenger side. The gas tank is offset to the passenger side and the tank hanger bolt is also on that side, took many different tries but i think the finished product looks great. So as everyone likes to see pictures here they are.

Looks great, I'll keep that rear photo for my 64. I might add a trans cooler, going to get alot of heat from the pipes.

That,s a fine job you,ve done!Nice car too!I have a 66 Dart that had a 6 with all the 4 bbl. stuff with duals. It was tiny pipes with cherry bombsand tailpipes.Sold it all and went V8(that was the plan).Cool car!
