Well, after all the articles and research and modifications i finally got the dual exhaust on my /6 65 Valiant last weekend. Since it is a daily driver (son) and we are in a colder environment i went with the front dutra and modified the original manifold so as to keep the choke. I used 2" aluminized 14 gauge exhaust pipe, The biggest headache on the entire project was going around the gas tank on the passenger side. The gas tank is offset to the passenger side and the tank hanger bolt is also on that side, took many different tries but i think the finished product looks great.
