Looking to convert my 69 Barracuda w/ 318 from single to dual. Not adding headers. Looking online I see a lot of "header back" packages. Who is the best source for "manifold back" packages?

TTI, give them the numbers off of the exhaust manifolds so they know where to start bending them. They also have the full package exhaust. So you can do the entire car.

Accurate LTD has them as well.

Accurate LTD has them.
They are very nice. Very expensive! BUT! IMO, there name say it all. Top notch restoration exhaust stuff. My question is, do they do oversized pipes? The stock exhaust pipe size is small. An upsizing would be helpful in power and mileage. I do realize that just doubling the exhaust pipe is a nice help. Increasing both the pipe sizes would be better. Not mandatory though.

For Accurite it looks like stock sized pipes. They do require exhaust manifold numbers though. Their system's do fit right. TTI if you want larger pipes.

I too have been looking at exhaust systems, and TTI does carry different sizes, but only carry X pipes, or cross over tubes.

Hey Bob, here's a short thread with some good info. @VOETOM is a exhaust expert here.

They carry a “H” or “X” cross over pipes. You should install ether or these as to enhance low rpm torque which helps in mileage. Thanks f you want to use a true dual exhaust, that’s fine. I equate it to throwing money away.

I can barely read the casting number on the drivers side and do not see it at all on the passenger side. Is it safe to use the standard numbers shown on most charts that come up in a google search? I am almost 100% certain that these manifolds are the originals.

Bob, I have brand new never installed muffler hangers for a dual exhaust w/318. I bought the wrong size from Accurate Exhaust. Save $50 from me.

Bob, Waldron's Antique Exhaust can set you up too. They need the manifold info and then the rest can be made up using stock 340 pipes. I think they sell the exhaust setup you need, or they used to. Tom

VEOTOM, from the bottom of the circle (where the pipe goes thru) to the "L", is ~4.5". +Accurate Exhaust ACC755Z. I paid $173 for the pair. I'll take $123+ride
