Got this off of a 72 duster bumper. It uses the holes behind the license plate. Looks like an adapter plate made to install a hitch bar and tow a small trailer. Have no idea if anyone would want this but didn't want to toss it. Also, it comes with the bolts. $10 plus shipping. Located in Pittsburgh PA area.
