can i put a 72 duster rear bumper on a 75 duster body?

Yes, but it requires some modifications.
late '73 and up would have Rear Bumper Shocks, which mount inboard of the frame rails. The earlier bumpers have mounts that straddle both sides of the frame rails (each bolt hole is on the outside edge of the frame rails in the rear crossmember) Instead of the shocks being mounted on the inside edges of the frame.
Also the '75 won't have the holes and reinforcement brackets in the trunk/tail panel (directly above the rear crossmember).
