I have an original black tuff wheel removed from a 71 Demon.
It is in super nice condition, wheel grips tight the whole way round.
Is still soft and pliable and stitching is tight, all there and the three spoke ends rubber is all intact.
Has the good soft rare horn cap, not the cheaper common plastic one 1972 and up.
Plastic chroming on the cap is excellent no peeling .
If there is any knock on this wheel, the spokes all have good smooth original finish but there are a couple freckles in two spots as shown.
Still over all a nice wheel, I'd consider a 9
