I am in the process of doing the slant six to V-8 conversion on my 73 Duster and am looking for the following items to complete: (I am located in Southern CA, the closer the better).

Good/ buildable 904 or 727 SB transmission
Complete a-body 8.25 or 8.75 rearend
Pr. large diameter torsion bars

So Cal is a big place. Could you narrow down a location a bit better?

I have a 8.75 A body rear, a few 904 and 1 or 2 727 SB transmissions and a set of 340 torision bars.
