Duster race car back to the streets

I'll try to do some catching up but the car has been sitting since Pinks All Out in Tucson in Nov. 2007. I figure that the only way to get any use out of it would be to put it back on the street. These are some pictures of when the car was parked.

The Decals are off. The problem was the engine compartment was really nasty. I also needed to tie the cage to the front of the car. So this type of work started. BTW: It's best pass was 10.16 @ 131+.

I like the way you connected the cage to front of frame rails, I want to do mine like that when/if I ever get around to putting the inner fenders back on that the previous owner hacked out.

Don't know about a heater but I'm going to try to put a wiper motor behind the dash. Also,
all the brake lines have been put behind the dash. I want it to be clean under the hood.

Next step. Building the exhaust system. Getting it tied to the motor. Had a buddy build the x-pipe. Forgot to add the photos.
