I bought this new for my 73 Dart Sport Bracket Racer. It was behind a mild home built 340. Its a Frank Lupo Dynamic Sportsman 8" 5000 stall. This converter worked awsome, it made that little 340 shine. Going to a much wilder 410" stroker, will need a 9" converter. Paid $800 new, let it go for $450. Excellent condition.
