I have a set of KH E body spindles, brackets, calipers (4 piston) and lower ball joints. Can i use these on my 70 dart. I noticed that the width of the ball joint mounting holes are wider than the 74 valiant setup that i have. I would love to use the KH since it has much larger discs and 4 piston calipers, but dont know if i would have to change the ball joints. All help will be much appreciated.

Let's see if i can shed some light on what you are asking of us here on the forum.
First of all there is no such thing as a factory 4 piston disc brake set up for the E body cars.
By that time everything was single piston.

Do you possibly have a 66-69 BENDIX brake system that was used on the B body line of cars? Those are 4 piston calipers.

Pictures of what you have, would be of lots of help here.

After going out to take pics, i realize I have two different spindles and brake setups. One has a bolt on lower ball joint with the tie rod end on it. The other is a one piece unit with just the hole for the ball joint. Both have 4 piston calipers although one is smaller than the other and one is not as wide as the other where the rotor goes. Will get pics later.

I got both your e mails to my regular e mail address, with the pictures.

One of your set up's is a 65, 66, 67, FORD Mustang, Kelsey Hayes, 4 piston disc brake set up, and the other one is a 65-72 MOPAR A Body, Kelsey Hayes, disc brake set up.
From those pictures of the caliper with the brake pad retainer plate, specifically a 65-66 caliper.
