Early A Gasser video

Man does that bring back a few memories.... open faced helmets, old-style hand painted lettering, old round bodies mixed in, a classic local track back in the woods....

Some of the launches were BRUTAL!
I liked seeing them lift the wheels hitting gears, too!

Love them old gassers. Had a 55 Chevy like the green one only mine was Blue. Not near as fast as these cause all I had was a bone stock 396 . Went 12.20's at Bandimere ( 5800 feet altitude ). ..No pics..vindictive ex destroyed all my car pics
