early date 1968 340 motor parts

A virgin, new apart early date 1968 340 shortblock motor. Recently apart for the first time since 1968. Block is std bore and has real wear on bores. Comes with std forged crank shaft, factory pistons, rods, dampner, 340 oil pan, 90 degree oil filter, waterpump assembly and ac pulleys. Cast 6-19-67, engine # 2780930-340-3.
Very hard to find a good buildable, original short block like this.

Red is a good original color for a 340.

color is off in the pics, much more dirt than red. lol

hope to get the long block a nice home, a couple R codes I have wanted to get just popped up and would like to make space for the parts to camp.
