The bolt pattern is the same but I believe the center (hub) hole is a little smaller on the ford.

Not so easy if you don't know the bolt patterns of both. If they are the same then all you need to check is the ID (inside diameter) to see if it will fit the hub. Sometimes, Ford applications are just a 1/16" off (which can be opened to fit).
