edelbrock 1481 adapter for linkage

hi guys, i've just recieved a 750 cfm Edelbrock performer afb for my 1969 383 to replace the original 625 cfm avs. My 1967 Barracuda has stock cable linkage and lokar cable for kickdown, so according to the Edelbrock website I need a #1481 adapter kit. looking at the instructions online it looks like the hole i need for my lokar connection is taken up by the adapter bolts, so I'd much appreciate any photos of the adapter bolted in place by anyone that has used this adapter. thanks Rick, that picture is clear and shows the bracket well. i guess i'll have to rejig my original factory gas cable clamping bracket as the cable has to be moved forward to work and the metal collar that is usually clamped to retain the cable would be out of the bracket, so i'll lengthen that bracket.
