anyone used a set of eddy heads on an otherwise stock 318. i planned on just bolting on a set with a dual plane intake, 600cfm carb and headers.
will i see much gain with just the stock cam? it is in a 69 cuda with an automatic.

You will most likely loose power bolting them on a stock 318. The chambers are bigger so your going to loose compression and with the stock cams its not going to pull any higher.

A we bit more head than you would need on that engine.

You will lose low end torque due to a lack of compression. Also, the stock 318 cam is too mild to make use of the bigger ports. Better money would be spent elsewhere.

The right head for that application would be our Magnum Iron 318LA head
60cc combustion chamber, as CAST La bolt pattern, 235 CFM at 28 out of the box.

Trust me and the others here, that Eddy head won't help you at all, it'll kill all your bottom end tork and IMO it's a poor choice for your moor and most other applications, for many reasons.
