Edlebrock 340 intake

Just got the cast iron heads on,ready for eddy alum intake on the 69 340.There are 2 types of intake gaskets with victor-reinz set, one metal ,one composition. Anyone know if either of these will work with the alum. intake ?

Use the Composite.

I think the metal ones are for use with a cast iron intake.
