Electronic Choke

-
Do not use the coil. It must be a 12 volt source. The coil is only 6v. I unplug both sides of the ballast resistor and turn on the ignition. Then take a test light and see which one of the ballast resistor wires has power. That is the input side of the ballast resistor, and should have at least 12.5 volts. I then use a piggy back flat blade terminal for the choke wire and then stack the original wires on the piggy back. You can then convert it back to stock if you need to in the future.
