Engine bay delete plates

-
What year you working with? No A/C I presume? You can find the heater motor plate on E-bay from time to time. It's just a flat plate so you could make one fairly easily. The early ones are round with one flat side.

I just traced the ring from the heater motor on a piece of sheet metal I had lying around, Cut it and drilled a few holes. Same with the cover for the heater heater hose/heater core.

It's a 69 Dart. AndyF at AR engineering makes the heater one but I wanted them all the same so guess I'll do what Adam suggested. His look good enough and could be painted. Thanks for the help.

Yep, that's the way to do it.

The heater hose block off is the same outside at the rectangular heater hose grommet plate but without the two holes for the heater core nipples. So the block off there will just have a sheet metal screw in the middle of a rectangular plate.

You can use the stock gaskets for them too.

Pics I've collected of real heater deletes, CAP(body plug) plugs were used in the heater hose holes.
The member who sent me the pic of the plate with the tape measure said the dimensions where..... 6.5" circle and the flat is 6" from top
last pic notice right side heater delete only fresh air box hinged on the opposite side

I have pics from "High Performance Mopar" magazine November 1997 Volume 11 No. 7 that has a export to puerto rico H25 heater delete 6 cyl Demon but my scanner is broke..... has nothing to do with me pounding on the Damn the POS :-\"

Anyway it looks as thought besides the CAP plugs they still ran the screw in between the plugs
