Had my local mechanic change my master cylinder and now he says the car won’t shut off. Says he has to wiggle connectors on the firewall. 1967 cuda commando 273 with electronic ignition. Loose ground somewhere??

That's a new one.

Ultimately the output from the ignition switch is getting power from somewhere.

Start tracing, especially where he wiggles.

FSM from my mopar & start tracing wiring per diagram.

Need more info on what modifications have been made!
What alternator and regulator?
What electronic ignition?
and how was it wired in?

I once had an issue with the ground of the steering column after working in that vicinity. Unfortunately, I don't remember much about it, because it was decades ago.
