I'm looking for suggestions on ex. manifold coatings,I'd like something that lasts a long time.Has anyone here had their manifolds coated? Pros/cons? Years ago I used the Eastwood stuff but it didn't last all that long.Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks,Rod

I clean mine good, then spray them with graphite spray. Let it dry, give it a quick wipe to polish. Lasts very well, and can be touched up at any time. It looks pretty good, and won't peel or rust.

You can now have them powder coated with a high heat pc.

I paid $285 to have Kooks longtubes ceramic-coated "chrome." I say it with quotes because it doesn't shine like real chrome, but it keeps 'em looking really, really good. Also helps keep heat in the pipes. I recommend it over any other coating if you don't mind paying a little bit more. Obviously there are many other colors if you wanted something different.

Where are our heads at?
We have the fabulous Cudachick right here in this very community:cheers:

Ask Leanna for advice on coatings. I'll bet She has something hot for your manifolds.
