[WANTED] Exhaust Manifold preheat tin Riser 340 Left Side

Looking for the tin cover that goes over the left side exhaust manifold.
Would like the complete cover with the two clips that attach it to the spark plug shield tin but anything is a start.

I think the 318 is different than the 340. I have a 1972 340 car with that setup. The first lower tab on the 340 goes to the rear of first cylinder. It takes a Special sleeve. I don’t think there is a part number on the shield
