Anyone come across this ad for a beautiful model engine that appears to be a model you put together? Great price $49.95. Ummm read the disclaimer. Pass it on.

Yes it is. I did report them scumbags on FB.

I don't wish to argue semantics. I might even change my position and say it's not deceiving if you read the disclaimer. It's all right there in black & white.

Seems pretty clear to me. Says it's a solid plastic model. What else are they suppose to do?

If you seen the ad you would understand. It only tells you its a plastic model, $49.95 (not the kind you put together) when you search the disclaimer.
