Factory Tuff Steering Wheel

I think the above were on available with factory power steering on my 71 Demon.
What's stoping me from putting it on my non power steering dodge? Nothing I'm guessing & what do people think of these steering wheels who have had one?

Other than a mid 70's trans am, it's the best factory wheel EVER.
