Fastback Quarter Window

The quarter window on my cuda (67)would not go all the way down or close properly, so I took the interior trim off and found both guides are off the track. My question is , is there a way to put them back on without taking the whole window assembly out?

There might not be enough room inside there to wiggle around the entire assembly to get it back in the track. You might need to remove the glass first. Not a big deal, but definitely refer to the service manual for alignment/adjustment of the assembly once it is repaired. It might also be a good time to inspect the grommet, spacers, and screws that hold the glass to the frame. Also a good time to lube the moving parts in there.
