I've got a 69 Dart GTS 383 4 speed & would like to have the fender tag & build sheet decoded.

Where would be the best place to have this done?

You can post the info on here, and someone will gladly help. Keep the last four digits of the VIN private if you can as they are not needed.

This is what I've got so far, others will chime in and correct and/or elaborate.

Top row going down:
C55: Bucket seats
G33: Left hand remote mirror (standard)
M21:Roof Drip rail Moldings
M25: Wide side molding
R11: Am radio
V8W : Transverse stripe (white)

2nd line.

Q5 : Exterior paint, Bright Turquoise Poly
Q5 : Top Paint?
P6x: Int. color ? (haven't looked for it).
X9 : upper door (interior) Black.
819: Date of birth, August 19th, 1968.
070705 : sequencial number.
E63: 383 CI, 335 HP engine
D21: 4 speed manual.
LS23: Dart Special, 2 dr, hardtop.
H9B : 383CI, 1969, Hamtramck (***'y plant).
and the last digits are your serial #.

G33 is a manual driver's sideview mirror, not remote (remote is G51).

Q5 main and upper doorframe paint is "Bright Turquoise Poly", PPG code #13534.
