Fender tag

Hello everyone. I didn't know exactly where to post this, so I posted it here in the general section. I just picked up a superclean 68 Valiant Signet 4 door with 80k original miles. I would like to decode the fender tag, but all of the websites I've tried it on have been inaccurate. Also, I lost all of my fender tag info books in a fire. I'm wondering if I post a picture of the fender tag here, one of you fine members could decode it.

TIRES: Unknown tire code
BUILD DATE: September 27.
AXLE: 2.94 Rear Axle Ratio
INTERIOR: High Trim Grade, Vinyl Bucket Seats. Black Interior.
PAINT: Monotone Light Green Metallic Paint.
OTHER: Black Upper Door Frame Color. Green Horizontal Accent Stripe.

43: Unknown Option

Thank you. Where did you find the info? I couldn't get any of the decoding sites to work. I really wanted to know the options because I haven't seen many 4 door a bodies with bucket seats. Also wanted to see if the little green stripe down the side of the car was factory. Guess it is.

This is the website I used to decode your fender tag. It took me a couple of tries to get the spacing and numbers correct.
