Just picked up a pair of fender top turn signals from a 1975 Scamp Broughm (spelling???) at my local junkyard. I'd say they are driver quality, one (drivers side) is in decent condition and the ps one has a small spot where the chrome peeled and two gashes on the lowwer edge. The lenses are both in one piece but ARE CRACKED, there is no lense missing but they are cracked. The wires are attached and plug into the harness, only have them up to the plug but can get remaining harness for extra cost. The one with bad chrome should also have the wire replaced or repaired since it is nearly off the bulb.
I'll take $10 OBO, or somebody tell me what its worth lol
