Ordered this cam on Friday afternoon and it was on my doorstep Saturday morning. Not to bad. Starting to get all the parts needed for the cam/valvetrane upgrade.

Hope this helps the 340 wake up a bit more.

Is this for the blue Duster? I saw the videos you posted of it, that is a nice ride and sounds real good. Looks like it already runs real strong. What cam are you running at the moment?

..i will be interested in your result..a cam i have some interest in.
what is your build?

hey do you have the brand/model of this cam?
this is similar to the summit-K6901

NEVERMIND: I saw it was a purple cam

Have rest of the parts ordered. Goal is to get this all ready to go for the Power Tour. Hoping to do the Detroit to Muskegon portion.

Looking forward to the performance improvement, or "hoping" for an improvement.

Hey there. I"m in Kalamazoo. I want to do the PT w/ my Duster too....maybe meet my buds in Detroit and go from there to Muskegon. But maybe just Kzoo to Muskegon..not sure. I as well have this cam/lifters on the shelf waiting to go in my stock 360. Gonna run an Eddy RPM intake and 680 Quick Fuel vac 2ndary carb on it. I'll be interested to see how you like the difference before/after.

We'll have to hook up in Muskegon maybe that day on the PT!

Absolutely! Nice to find Mopar guys at big car events. I'm trying to get my dad to go with his 70' Challenger T/A

Thats a great cam. Its my "go to" cam for most stock headed 318 builds we do. Has a nice idle, very street friendly, loads of torque.

Its funny, I used to use the MP 761 cam for the samr type of engines, that has no been replaced in m y builds by the 403. Nothing but good things have come from this change. You will like what you have.

Awesome! I have yet to hear any negative responses with this cam...

The build starts today. Pulling the motor tonight and sending the heads out for machining tomorrow...... more to come.

Once the motor is wrapped up, I have to modify the headers to match the newly ported heads.....cant wait to feel the results.

I am anxious too. I am curious how that 60403 will perform in your car with the ported heads compared to how it ran before in your videos. It ran really well in those. Please be sure to post some video of it. I want to hear what that small block sounds like idling with that cam if possible. This is a cam that I have had some interest in and could possibly be going in my new engine that I am going to build this coming winter.

Primed the oil system last night. All the motor needs is the intake and valve covers bolted on....

Tweak the header ports and the motor is going in.

Hot Rod Power Tour next week will be its debut drive
