Well guys, after a year and a half of tinkering I finally got my Duster tagged and roadworthy. It's nothing special, and sure isn't a looker but it's something that my family and I can use and enjoy until I can get my Dart restored. Then it's going to get torn down and restored for my wife. My 4 year old can't stop talking about it though, and that makes it all worth the while to me. Here's a few pics. Hope you enjoy.

Oh man. I couldn't not get him involved. He absolutely loves it. He knows it's gonna be his mom's car and keeps asking me when we're going to paint it pink for mommy. I keep telling him that it's everyone's car right now and we'll paint it pink later when I get my Dart done. He now calls it the "Family" car since we all own it.

It's an old Mopar, and has 3 pedals! That makes it special in my book! Drive and enjoy sir!

Well said and I know exactly how he is feeling :blob: I am so happy he has this cool Duster on the road again
A big congratulations cascius

Thanks guys. This is my first "real" old car so I'm looking forward to spending some time with it. My first vehicle was a '72 International 4x4 that broke before I ever got a chance to do much with it (lack of knowledge, tools, and skill) and everything after that was newer. I'm also fortunate enough to have a wife that enjoys the cruise nights and car shows and is excited that someday this one will be restored the way she wants. My boy loves to play in it, and he asks all the time if my '74 parts car can be his when he gets big. Can't ask for much more than that.
