I just joined the form, and I’ve been working for several years finishing my dad’s 65 barracuda. It’s got an 8 3/4 inch narrowed diff, tubbed, hemi four-speed, and a 360 engine. I’m posting pictures, but cover your eyes if you’re a purist.

I took the parts down to the shop finishing the restoration and they basically told me what you said. Thanks, kind of a mess. I was told "you have to look at it like doing a puzzle"Start loose attaching things until your parts supply dwindles down, that will tell you what you are missing & you can take pictures so people will know what you are looking for.

A little more info. The car had very little rust. It was built to drag race but I've decided to drive it on the street and race it occasionally. The trans is the 833 and the rear diff is a 489 case with I think a 3:55 posi. I went ahead and put sub frame connectors on it due to the fact that it will have a stick shift and big rear tires. I'm going to run it as a nitrous car with the bottles under the rear glass. We will call it nitrous under glass and that is why I have that paint scheme. I plan on about 500 hp and I think the drive train should hold up pretty good with that power level.
Looking for the other mounting bracket for the back of the back seat
