1966 dart wagon
Well-Known Member
Well i was working on my blazer today, and got a wild hair to try and start up my 66 dart wagon. It hasnt run since november 6th of 2005, this was the day of the terrible fire and a day that i will never forget in my life, while droping the gas tank, gas splashed on the trouble light i was using(didnt think tank had as much gas as i though) and burned not only the car but my left arm bad. I had to get skin graphs and what not and now recovering. Well i couldnt believe it but she fired up had to pour gas in through the carb, since no tank and key didnt work to crank her so i jumped the coil after some turning over she fired up. Man it put a huge smile on my face and brought back many memories i lived in the car:thumbup: It really made my dad and the though of man slants do run forever Sure its not as clean as it once was, but unfortunatlly i dont have a car for the good engine and trans. After Firing her up i fired up the barracuda for the first time in 2 months that was also fun, i wanted to take it around the block but tail lights kept blowing fuses, dang thing. Well now i gotta chase down an electrical gremlin and finish up the body work on the fender. Im now going to school for auto body collision repair, i really enjoy it. i now own a 89 dodge daytona for a dd and i love it, especially since im driving mopars again:thumbup: How have you guys all been.
