Floor pan cutting - anybody used this?

I need to replace the front floor pans in my Swinger. Wondering if these electric shears from Harbor will work or if anybody has used them?

I know they say for 14ga but I wonder about that.

Those work well for cutting flat sheets of metal but arent the best for something like a floor pan with lots or bends and stiffening ribs in them.

A cut off wheel would work best.

Thanks....I am kinda limited in what I can do where I live as far as noise and mess etc....sucks
