Floor shift steering column id

anyone know what years and application this floor shift steering column is,got it in a parts lot,no key and with the shorter shaft I am thinking its for a power steering car

Looks like an early 70's column. It appears as if the lower shaft is pushed in. See if you can pull it out and then measure.
 
Looks like '72-3 column to me. As mentioned, the lower shaft has collapsed (telescoped) into the upper shaft.
 
column key, square flasher button and no slider to release the key -1970, I do believe...
 
In '70, the shift linkage turns the shift collar to release the key. I see what I believe is a finger lever type collar to release the key.
 
Hard to say exactly, since you don't know the condition of some of the components......like the ignition switch and turn signal switch. Without the steering coupler, turn signal lever, and working key, I would say $75 max.
