Flowtech headers

-
sometimes flowtechs headers fit great and sometimes they hit everything :(

I got these headers from holleys scratch and dent on ebay for about $150. I have not put them in yet since i havent got a manual box yet. But i think they are a decent looking header. welds aren't super beautiful but they seem like they wont leak.

heres some picture of them:

I have flow tech headers on my trucks
I hade to redo the weld on the meeting surface
because the way there wered made no gasket
would seal them and after that a freind hade to
mild them on is bench

on the truck for 2 years just blow a gasket 2 weeks ago
so dont think its a bad choice for 150$

I have a set on my duster and they were quit difficult to get in, I also have power steering so I had to modify them, They also hang pretty low. I didnt have $600 for TTI so I bought them, I dont plan on changing them because they dont leak but I am not sure if I would use them again.

I saw a set of coated Flowtech's on a 69 Cuda 340 that looked great and fitted very well.

Mine fit reasonably good with a 4 speed and no power steering, a small rub on the driver's side tie rod end, but that's it. Otherwise, they do hang a bit low (I never rubbed'em), but the ceramic coating is my biggest complaint, it started peeling after the first year.
