Flywheel question with pics

I couldn't pass on this even if it's wrong - picked it up for cheap (45 bucks). I'm new to the 4 speed scene and was told this is for an internally balanced 340 (I have a 70) ... I see it appears neutral balanced - was I told correctly ? When resurfaced, if it checks out neutral , it's a bolt on and go, right ? Car was converted to auto and I'm going back to 4 speed as original ........

That flywheel has a lot of holes drilled in it to be a neutral balance flywheel. I'm no expert but I would guess that is for a later externally balance engine.
 
Thats a neutral balance, not uncommon to have a bunch of balance holes drilled in it. Externally balanced flywheels would have a series of 3 huge holes on the back side. As long as its for the 10.5 inch clutch(130 tooth) your fine
