i had asked for help re: the leaking trans/70 340 dart. found an old transmission guy thru our local mopar club (hpac) had the dart towed, and he called me tonight. problem appears to be a crimp in one of the lines which he's replaced. says it now passes his flow test( 1 qt of fluid in 20 sec) he dropped the trans pan and found only the usual fileings no chunks as he says.
he's older and won't be rushed but maybe done tomorrow (yes!) when i asked him if he knew what i owe he said bring 150.00. is he kidding? he had to make that cooling line with all the bends filter, gasket and fluid, fittings etc. he's more than fair and just imagine if it all holds together.
