Frame work

Anybody have any suggestions on what i can do about this, or how expensive it will cost me to get it fixed?

Looks like you have some metal work ahead of you. The extent of rust always seems to be more than you can see. If you plan on cutting and welding some steel, you need to disassemble everything nearby to determine how much steel is wasted. Then fabricate away. As far as paying someone else to do it, you have me there. I wouldn't trust any old body shop to fix this, only someone with fabrication experience.
