Thinking about using a glass bumper on my '68 front end, has anyone come up with a simple & Light, inexpensive bracket (homemade?)
I came up w/ a fiberglass front bumper for cheap. since one of my bumpers was bent a little and needed re-chroming, I jumped on it. I took a cutting torch and swiss cheezed the front brakets. lightened them to less than half of their original weight. finished the w/ a grinder to smooth them up. what good are brackets w/ a fiberglass bumper anyway ?-----LOL also u won`t have bumper location or getting it straight , or on right w/ the original brackets.Lingenfelters Brackets | Facebook
