front/end brake upgrade

Has anyone used the Master Power Brakes disc brake set up? My '65 Signet has 10" drum brakes single master cylinder and needs front end rebuilt. I am looking at the disc brake kit-it's expensive ($1220) but includes everything you need. It needs 4.5 bc but I have rallye wheels-it says you need 15" wheels or disc brake wheels-which the 14x5.5 rallyes are-aren't they? Anyone used the kit? Thanks,
